Napa Home Watch LLC is at 1300 1st St #368, Napa, CA 94559. The houses we watch are not all on that street. They are second homes and vacation houses throughout Napa County: in town, in the vineyard rows, and on lanes that take a little longer. The work is the same walk-through. The reason for a local practice is that “someone should look” is not useful if the someone is three hours away.
Napa
The city is home ground. Browns Valley, Alta Heights, the streets south of downtown, and houses along the valley floor are all within a ordinary day’s route. Owners here are often in the Bay Area during the week. Home watch in Napa describes a midweek visit.
Yountville
A small town, used in short stays as often as in long seasons. Courtyard gardens, a casita, an outdoor kitchen left for weeks. The Yountville page is about that rhythm, not about a rental turnover between strangers.
Oakville
Oakville sits between Yountville and Rutherford, more vineyard than town. The houses are often set back from the highway, with irrigation and outbuildings that reward a route written for that property rather than a generic list. If this is your house, the consultation is how we learn it. There is no separate Oakville rate.
Rutherford
Rutherford is the same stretch of valley: agricultural, quiet midweek, and easy to underestimate because the houses do not announce themselves from the road. We include it with Oakville in the regular service area. A larger property is quoted after we walk it, just as it would be in St. Helena.
St. Helena
Up-valley, with older houses, mature trees, and grounds that can include a barn or a guest house. Leaf litter before the dry season, and plumbing that has been in place for decades, are the usual reasons owners ask for a watch. Read the St. Helena page.
Calistoga
The north end of the valley is hotter, and closer to the hills. Wildfire season is a practical conversation here, not a slogan. We still do not fight fires. We look, we document, and we respond if an evacuation is ordered. The Calistoga page stays on that point.
Angwin
Angwin sits above the valley floor. The drive is its own fact: a house there should not depend on an owner noticing, from another state, that a storm moved something. We serve Angwin as part of Napa County. Tell us about access, gates, and the season you are away.
Deer Park
Deer Park is a quieter pocket near St. Helena and Angwin, with houses that can sit among trees for long stretches. The visit is the standard walk-through, with extra attention to whatever the tree cover drops into gutters before wildfire season. It does not have its own marketing page, because the service is not different. The attention is.
Silverado
Silverado is on the eastern side of the city of Napa, and it is already on our list. Fairways, trails, and houses that are full on holiday weekends and still on Tuesday: if that is the pattern, a weekly or twice-monthly plan matches it. Mention Silverado when you write, so we know which gate and which roads you mean.
American Canyon
American Canyon is the southern edge of the county, nearer the bay and more of a year-round community. Second homes are fewer, and we do not pretend otherwise. If yours is empty for long stretches, it is inside the area we serve. We have not given it a separate page. A thin page would not tell you anything the consultation would not.
If the house is somewhere else in the county
Write anyway, and name the town. If we can keep the same standard of care, we will say so. If the drive does not belong in this practice, we will say that too.
